This Privacy Policy outlines how institutional information, school crest artworks, student enrollment estimates, and administrative contact details are protected.

2. Information Collection

When you submit a Request for Quotation (RFQ), request specimen samples, or interact with our portal, we collect contact credentials (name, institutional designation, verified school email, official telephone number, state, and pincode) along with specifications of items needed.

3. Use of Intellectual Property & Crest Artworks

All school emblems, crests, logos, slogans, and color specifications uploaded or transmitted to Aradhya Creation are used strictly and solely for pre-production prototype fabrication and manufacturing runs authorized by your governing trust. We never sell, license, or repurpose proprietary school emblems for commercial sale to unauthorized third parties.

4. Data Storage & Security Protocols

Our database utilizes enterprise TLS 1.3 encryption in transit and AES-256 encryption at rest. Internal access to institutional customer directories is strictly restricted to authenticated production managers and dispatch officers.
