1. Engagement & Commercial Quotations

All quotations issued through this digital portal or through our institutional sales representatives are valid for 30 calendar days from the date of issuance, subject to raw material metal and yarn price volatility.

2. Pre-Production Physical Specimen Sign-Off

Prior to bulk industrial fabrication of custom-branded items (neckties, crest belts, student diaries, PVC ID cards), Aradhya Creation furnishes a finished physical prototype. Written sign-off or digital approval by an authorized institutional authority constitutes confirmation of design accuracy and Pantone tolerances.

3. Production Timelines & Academic Session Dispatch

Standard lead times range between 10 to 20 business days post prototype approval. We guarantee scheduled dispatch prior to academic session re-opening deadlines as stipulated in the confirmed Institutional Service Level Agreement (SLA).

4. Acceptance Quality Limit (AQL) & Quality Guarantee

Our merchandise complies with Military Standard AQL 1.5. In the rare circumstance of a verified manufacturing or printing defect exceeding acceptable tolerances, Aradhya Creation undertakes immediate expedited batch replacement at zero additional freight cost to the institution.

5. Jurisdiction

Any disputes arising under supply contracts shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent civil courts at Delhi / Haridwar, India.
